The meeting is open to all engineers, technicians and physicists working in the engineering of particle accelerators: Civil, Computing, Control, Design, Education, Electrical, Electronic, High Voltage, Laser, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Modelling, Operation, Plant, Plasma, Power, Procurement, Project Management, Protection, Radiation, Research, RF, Safety, Sales, Software, Support, Thermal and Vacuum.

There will be speakers from Industry, National Labs and Universities and a networking lunch will be included.
